We are delivering 40 million votes for APC – Betta Edu

The National Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Betta Edu has declared that the Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be getting a whooping forty million votes in the 2023 Polls.

She made this declaration at the South South APC Women Rally held today at the main bowl of the U. J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar, Cross River State.

She said: “I want to appreciate the Wives of Governors in the South South and other regions for coming out enmasse for the rally”.
“Our great Party have achieved so much in the past eight years that we do not have to campaign too much in order to win the Presidential Elections.
Allow me to say that our principal, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has done so much for women in terms of empowerment. He appointed the first Head of Service and first Chief Justice as the Governor of Lagos State”.

She then urged everyone to go and rally around their different States to deliver APC come 2023.

Dr Edu then encouraged everyone to get their PVCs and ensure that they vote every APC Candidate in the State.

Speaking in her remarks, the wife of the CRS Governor, Dr Linda Ayade said she was elated on the turn out for the rally saying it was testament to the level of support for the ruling Party in the State. She then assured everyone that CRS is for APC and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
In her response, the wife of the APC Presidential Flag bearer, Sen Oluremi Tinubu said she was overwhelmed with the level of support she has witnessed in the State.
She then thanked the leadership of the APC in the South South region adding that she knew victory was certain as far as the 2023 polls is concerned.

The event which saw a mammoth crowd at the stadium also had in attendance the wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari who was represented by her daughter, Zara Buhari, the Cross River State Governor, His Excellency, Sen Prof Ben Ayade, the APC State Party Chairman, Barr Alphonsus Eba and wives of Governors from the South South and other regions.
