The Commandant General of NUPEC Felicitates with Muslims …… Says Eid-el fitr celebration should be used to strengthen relationship with all

The Commandant General of the National Unity and Peace Corps NUPEC, Dr. Chinedu Nneji has joined all other Leaders of the globe to felicitate with Muslims.

Muslim faithful have been admonished to use the occasion of this year Eid-el fitr celebration to strengthen their relationship with one another irrespective of religion, ethnicity or political affiliations .

Dr. Chinedu Nneji in a statement noted that the Unity among Nigerians would Foster peace, security, love and socio-economic development of the country.

While congratulating the Muslim Ummah on successful Ramadan fast Dr. Nnaji urged the Muslims to extend the joy of the celebration to non- Muslims alike the less privileged and the needy in the society in accordance with the dictates of Islam.

felicitates with President Muhammadu Buhari on the successful completion of Ramadan fast applauded him for embarking on measures that would curb security challenges in the country as the corps will continue to complement government efforts to ensure lasting peace and security of the country.

The Statement also extolled the National Assembly for signing the NUPEC Bill into law and appealed to the president to assent to the bill for the interest of the country.
