Ministry of Power Stages workshop for Grade level 08-14 staffs on Efficient service Delivery in Abuja

The Federal Ministry of Power has staged a one-day workshop for Grade Level 08-14 Staff in Abuja on Effective and Efficient Service Delivery on Wednesday.

The workshop which is aimed at re-orienting staff of the ministry on what their work is, how it should be done, how to handle people even in a time of pressure, client relations and how to ensure efficient and effective service delivery at all costs, went fruitful as staff under the tutelage of the resource persons acquired a clearer view of how important efficient and effective service delivery is to an organization and especially, the ministry.

Participanting staff listened with rapped attention and pledged commitment better service delivery in there various units and work place.

They also disclosed that they would henceforth discharge their sundry duties effectively and efficiently in order to get wonderful outcomes through the instrumentality of the knowledge acquired during the workshop.
