ABUJA — The National President of the APC Initiative for Good Governance (APC-IGG) and National Coordinator of the Asiwaju Again Renewed Hope Support Initiative 2027, Ambassador Musa Muhammed Tsoken, has reaffirmed the commitment of both groups to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and his re-election bid in 2027.
Tsoken stated this during a courtesy visit to Chief (Mrs) Folashade Mujidat Tinubu-Ojo, daughter of President Tinubu and the Iyaloja-General of Nigeria. He was accompanied by his colleague, Ambassador High Chief Chinedu Orisakwe, JP, also known as Ogbuefi Na Southeast and Founder/BOT Chairman of the Nigeria Support for Presidency/Governorship APC Renewed Hope Agenda.
According to Tsoken, the visit was aimed at strengthening support for the administration and reaffirming the groups’ determination to mobilise Nigerians at the grassroots for the continuation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
He described the Renewed Hope Agenda as a viable strategy for repositioning Nigeria for sustainable economic growth and national development, stressing the importance of President Tinubu’s grassroots strategy across the country’s 8,809 electoral wards.
He said the strategy would deepen democratic participation, promote inclusive governance and ensure that the benefits of government policies reach Nigerians at the grassroots.
Tsoken identified fiscal reforms, infrastructure development, education, security and agriculture as key areas requiring sustained support to achieve the administration’s development objectives.
He said the government’s fiscal policies were aimed at stabilising the economy and attracting investment, while infrastructure development would enhance connectivity and stimulate commerce.
He also stressed the importance of improving education to equip young Nigerians for the future, strengthening security to protect lives and property, and developing agriculture to enhance food security and create employment opportunities.
The APC-IGG president maintained that the policies of the administration were already producing results, urging Nigerians and other stakeholders to sustain their support for the Renewed Hope Agenda.
He called on party faithful and supporters across the country to mobilise for the re-election of President Tinubu in 2027, arguing that continuity was necessary to consolidate economic reforms and ongoing development initiatives.
Tsoken said the two support platforms would continue to engage communities and stakeholders in promoting the administration’s programmes and mobilising grassroots support ahead of the 2027 general elections.
