Nigeria’s Labour Ministry Embarks on Digital Transformation with 1GOV ECM System Launch

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment has launched the 1GOV Enterprise Content Management System (ECM), a digital solution aimed at transforming internal processes and improving service delivery.
Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Muhammad Dingyadi, stated that the system will enable the ministry to digitize key documents, streamline workflows, and foster a more responsive administrative environment.
The launch marks a significant step in the ministry’s journey towards modernization, digital transformation, and improved service delivery, aligning with President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The ECM system is expected to improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and ensure transparency in the ministry’s operations, setting a new standard for public service delivery in Nigeria.
