President Tinubu’s Daughter To Unveil Folashade Academic Complex At Havilla Varsity, C/River

Arrangements are in top gear by management of Havilla University to unveil Chief Dr. Mrs. Mujidat Folashade Tinubu-Ojo academic complex, at Havilla University, located at Nde community at Ikom LGA in Cross River State.

Management of the Institution also stated that it would also use the opportunity to Inaugurate the institution Governing council for smooth running of the university.

Chancellor of Havilla University, Hon. Jones Tangban stated this in a telephone conversation with our Correspondent Tuesday in Calabar.

The former National Assembly law maker stated that the Institution which was founded in 2021 was set up to contribute it’s quota towards national development.

A letter signed by Pro- Chancellor, Havilla University, (President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ‘s daughter), Chief Dr. Mrs. Folashade Tinubu–Ojo, dated February 17, 2024 hailed members of Governing council for standing solidly behind her right from the period in which she assumed the position of the institution‘s Pro-chancellor.

“Thank you for the giving me the honour to lead the governing council of Havilla University and the naming of academic complex after me.

“In other to fulfill the directives of National University Commission, i am pleased to inform you and the university management that Saturday March 9, 2024 has been approved by me for inauguration of Governing Council.

The Pro-chancellor stated that mega event was going to draw top government functionaries, captains of industries and the “who is who as far as the nation’s educational sector is concerned to graced the mega event.

Folashade Tinubu-Ojo maintained that management of the institution would use the opportunity to Inaugurate Governing council of the institution and to unveil the institution academic complex named after her.

“I will also unveil the Chief Dr.Folashade Tinubu-Ojo’s complex on the same day”, Urging council members to make themselves avail for the ceremony
