NACCIMA Delegation Strengthens Trade Ties in China’s Linyi City

A delegation of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), has continued its trade and investment engagement in China, with a high-level reception in Linyi.
The Nigerian delegation, currently on an official visit to Shandong Province, was hosted to a formal dinner by officials of Linyi City on April 21, 2026.
The event underscored ongoing efforts to deepen bilateral economic cooperation and foster new business opportunities between Nigeria and China.
The Linyi City delegation was led by Qu Zongkuan, Deputy Director of the City Management Committee, alongside members of the Party Working Committee of Linyi Commercial City.
Leading the Nigerian side was Sola Obadimu, Director-General of NACCIMA. Other notable members of the delegation included Janet Olisa, Presidential Special Adviser on International Relations; Doris Okonkwo, Comptroller of Trade Facilitation at the Nigeria Customs Service; and Michael Olusegun, Chief Executive Officer of Silasgreen Agro Investments Ltd.
Discussions at the dinner centered on enhancing trade facilitation, boosting agro-industrial partnerships, and expanding investment channels between both regions.
The visit forms part of NACCIMA’s broader strategy to strengthen international partnerships and promote Nigeria’s private sector on the global stage.
