Premier League: Liverpool to extend dominance against Everton?

The Premier League returns with the Merseyside Derby between Liverpool FC and Everton FC at Anfield.

Liverpool have enjoyed a strong start to the season which has seen them rack up 17 points after 8 games and sit comfortably at the 4th position on the log.

Everton on the other side are not showing signs of consistency as the are sitting on 16th position.

Liverpool have won 27 matches with Everton winning 6 matches and 20 matches ending in a draw.

City receives Rodri boost with Seagulls visit

Manchester City lost 2 consecutive games for the first time since December 2018 to Wolverhampton Wanderers and Arsenal with midfielder, Rodri missing due to his suspension for a red card.

The Spaniard who is described as the “best in the world” in that position has seen City lose every game they have played so far.

Brighton and Hove Albion visit Etihad Stadium with confidence as they are 6th on the log and keep improving despite losing Moises Caicedo and Alex McAllister during the summer.

United receive players boost

Manchester United have received defenders Raphael Varane and Sergio Reguilon after injury, while midfielder Sofyan Amrabat is also available, despite missing both of Morocco’s games.

Casemiro on the hand is unavailable after suffering a knock while playing for Brazil.

United are desperately in need of a win at Bramall Lane and will be hosted by struggling Sheffield United.

Bragging rights up for grabs between Chelsea and Arsenal

There is always a sense of expectations and this one will be no different.

Chelsea have an assemblage of very young, talented players at an incredible amount but the performance has been shaky especially in terms of goalscoring.

They thrashed Burnley 1-4 with Raheem Sterling producing a fine display. Mikel Arteta’s side who are 2nd defeated Manchester City for the first time in 8 years and will be bouyed for the game that will determine the Pride of London.

Spurs to continue with impressive start

Tottenham Hotspur are top of the Premier League after match day 8 after losing Harry Kane in the summer to Bayern Munich and a new coach in Ange Postecoglou.

The tactician has really changed the system of the side to a more attacking system with the side scoring at least 2 goals apart from the last game which they scored only one.

Theu however will be without talisman, Yves Bissouma who was red carded last game and will be sorely missed as they host Fulham FC who knocked them out of the Carabao Cup.

La Liga: Bellingham to extend goalscoring prowess against Sevilla

When Jude Bellingham was signed from Borussia Dortmund, many didn’t envisage the attacking midfielder to produce such goalscoring prowess.

His goals have been crucial for Madrid this season after losing talismanic goalscorer, Karim Benzema.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men will hope he continues with the goals against Sevilla who recently sacked their manager and languishing at 14th.
