Defence Minister Embarks on Working Visit to Kaduna Military Institutions

The Honourable Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, has begun a two-day working visit to military institutions in Kaduna State. On the Monday, June 2, 2025. Today, the Minister toured the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), inspecting ongoing construction projects and facilities, and interacting with senior officers.
He specifically inspected several key locations within the NDA, including the Hall of Fame, Centre of Excellence, Senate Building, Postgraduate School, and Centre for Innovation and Creativity.

Abubakar reaffirmed the Federal Government’s continued support and cooperation in achieving the Academy’s strategic objectives.
The Minister is scheduled to visit Buffalo Engineering Technical Services (BET) and the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna, on the second day of his visit, June 3, 2025.
The Commandant of NDA, Major General A.K. Ibrahim, commended the Federal Government for providing necessary resources and upgrading the academy’s infrastructure.
