The newly deployed Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Nasarawa State Command, Comdt., Ismaila Abdullahi today 24TH, January 2024, pay a familiarization visits to *His Royal Highness Alh. Mah’mud Umar Bwallah II, in his Palace in Shabu, Lafia North Development Area, of Nasarawa State.

The Commandant expressed his joy for the warm reception the Sangarin Shabu accorded him and his team, despite his busy schedule, he beseeched him to help him succeed in Nasarawa State just as his predecessor.

In his words, ‘The NSCDC and the Palace of the Sangarin Shabu has enjoyed a strong relationship and collaboration, I am here just to cement and strengthen that relationship and as a critical stakeholder in the security architecture of the state, it is very necessary for this meeting, I want to use this medium to thank you for the love you have shown to the Shabu Division and the NSCDC in Nasarawa State over the years, we look forward for a good working relationship and collaboration that will be geared towards securing Nasarawa State and it’s environs, as I also seek for your royal blessings to succeed, the NSCDC Boss concluded.

The Sangarin Shabu His Royal Highness, *Alh. Mah’mud Umar Bwallah II,* thanked the new Commandant *Ismaila Abdullahi* for making his office one of his point of call immediately he assumed office, this mean alot to me, the entire Shabu emirate council and the people of Shabu and Lafia North Development Area.

In his words, Nasarawa State is a very peaceful state, not forgetting some pockets of skirmishes but this has not over power the security forces in the state, I want to also thank you and your men for the marvelous work you are doing in Nasarawa State, my doors are always open for a discussion that will bring growth and development to our dear state and I welcome you to this wonderful state, and also pray for a successful tenure while in Nasarawa state, thank you for coming once again, he concluded.
