IKOMCCIMA Trade Fair Team Strengthens Ties with Cameroon Consulate

In a bid to enhance the Enugu-Ikom-Cameroon trade corridor, the IKOMCCIMA Trade Fair team paid a courtesy visit to the Cameroon Consulate in Calabar on November 19, 2024. Led by President Mrs. Flora Takim-Ndifon, the delegation included Executive Secretary Mr. Eleng Eleng and chamber member Mr. Martin Isong.

The team was warmly received by Cameroon Consulate General Mr. Onana Pateice and his team. The meeting aimed to find common ground for collaboration and addressed the underutilization of the ultra-modern border post between Nigeria and Cameroon in Ikom.

This visit is a significant step towards strengthening trade relations between Nigeria and Cameroon, and is expected to boost economic growth and development in the region.
