Senator Onor grieves with Chief Pius Tawo over mother’s death

The Gubernatorial Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and Senator representing Cross River Central Senatorial District, Sen. (Prof). Sandy Ojang Onor has commiserated with Dr Pius Tabi Tawo over the death of his mother, Late Mama Rebecca Aret Oku Tawo.

Late Mama Rebecca Aret Oku Tawo (Nee Owan) who lived between 1926 and 2022 passed on to the great beyond on Monday, August 22nd, 2022 at the ripe age of 96.

In his condolence message, Senator Onor said though the death of a loved one comes with excruciating pain, the family should take solace in the fact that she lived a fulfilled life, and attained the ripe old age of 96.

“The good people of Cross River Central Senatorial District, my family and I sympathize with you for this loss even as we stand with you and the rest of your family at this very trying time” said Senator Onor.

Sen. Sandy Onor who also prayed the good Lord to accept mama’s soul in paradise was represented at the funeral mass which held at St Benedict’s Catholic Church, Enyi-Ebranta Station, Boje, in Boki LGA by the Director General of Caterpillar Movement, Hon. (Chief) Joe Obi Bisong.
