Renowned Australian Weightlifting Coach, Maged Salama Arrives Abuja for NWF Athletes, Coaches Training

A Renowned Australian Weightlifting Coach Maged Salama, has arrived Abuja, Nigeria’s Capital for the seven-day Nigeria Weightlifting Federation (NWF) Coaching/Training Programme.
Coach Salama arrived Abuja on Friday ahead of the training which starts on Sunday, June 22. Already, the NWF has invited 22 athletes and eight coaches to be part of the coaching training which holds at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja
The Australian is coming with over 30 years of coaching experience having worked as the Head coach of some countries including, Australia, India and Egypt.
He is a record holder on 100kg category and spent six years coaching Egyptian lifters winning over a hundred medals in the process.
He holds Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Cairo, International Coaching Diploma from Hungarian University, Budapest
He speaks three languages – Arabic, English and Deutsch
