NIS COMMISSIONS CLINIC AT GURIN BORDER POST

The Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service Muhammad Babandede, has commissioned a Clinic for the use of Officers and Men of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Gurin Control Post in Adamawa State today 11th February, 2021.

The CGI Babandede on arrival in Yola, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, at the Government House Yola.

Governor Fintiri commended the Service and the Comptroller General for a good work and service to the nation and his virtue of leadership, particularly as it relates to prudent management of human and capital resources as well as the spread of infrastructures across the country.

CGI Babandede while responding, thanked the Governor for the supports received by the Service in terms of logistics and inclusion of the Service in the membership of the Adamawa State Security Council, where they contribute to the security of the state being a border state with Cameroun.

He further assured the Governor that with the Forward Operation Base (FOB), that will be commissioned at Belel soon, the state will enjoy fortification in border security and migration control.
