NDUME COMMENDS PRESIDENT BUHARI ON YOUTH INCLUSION IN 2021 BUDGET

The senator, representing Borno South senatorial district, Mohammed Ali Ndume has poured iconiums on the President Muhammadu Buhari Led Administration on its policies aimed at developing the Youthsin the country.

Senator Ali Ndume made this known during a news briefing with the National Assembly correspondents in Abuja.

Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume said that the present administration is youth friendly, following its national economic youth programmes put in place to up lift them.

Senator Ali Ndume said that in the 2020 budget alone, over 700 billion naira was budgeted for the youths intervention programmes in the country.

He also disclosed that there is so much money meant for the youths in the country, and called on them to go after such intervention funds for their needs.

He noted that the twenty twenty budget received high implementation as compared to other provious budgetary years, adding that the Buhari led administration has done a lot.

He said that the 774000 thousand jobs created, have also helped very many youths to be engaged at the local government level and encouraged them to explore other intervention funds allocated for them for their livelihood.

The senator who is the chairman senate committee on Army expressed confidence in the newly appointed service chiefs and called on Nigerians to give them time to succeed.

Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume identified his support for President Muhammadu Buhari for the changing of the service chiefs.
