Former Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane has settled in well in the Bundesliga and as continued his goalscoring form for the Bundesliga giants.

The 30 year old who’s on a 7 game scoring streak from his time at Spurs last season got a brace yesterday as the perennial champions defeated Augsburg by 3-1 at the Allianz Arena.

Kane got his first before halftime from the penalty spot before adding another after the break with a lovely finish with the outside of his foot to take his tally of the season to 3 goals.

Premier League: City go top with win despite Guadiola’s absence

Manchester City are top of the Premier League table after they defeated Sheffield United at Bramall Lane yesterday.

The Cityzens who won the game by 2 goals to 1 were without head coach, Pep Guardiola who is in Barcelona while recovering from a minor back surgery, with coach Juanma Lillo leading the side.

Erling Haaland got the first goal for the champions after he missed a penalty in the first half. Liverpool had to dig really deep to record an unlikely win against a high flying Newcastle United side.

Cash compounds Burnley’s woes

Burnley FC are without a win since making a sensational return to the Premier League after three games.
The Clarets lost 1-3 to Aston Villa with fullback Matty Cash scoring twice and Lucas Digne getting the other goal for Unai Emery’s side.

Lyle Foster had made it 2-1 but at Turf Moor, Villa showed their supremacy to get a convincing win.

Serie A: Juventus drop points

Juventus were held to a 1- all draw against Bologna last night as Scotland midfielder Lewis Ferguson gave Bologna the lead, before Dusan Vlahovic levelled with 10 minutes left.

Osimhen is at again as Napoli wins

Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen was the score sheet as defending champions, Napoli recorded a comfortable 2-0 win over Sassuolo.

Lazio scuttled their chances of equalizing in the second half particularly when striker, Ciro Immobile hit the crossbar shortly after the hour mark.

Kudus is a Hammer

Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus has joined West Ham from Ajax for a fee of around 44.5m euros plus add-ons.

He joins fellow midfielder Edson Alvarez who had joined earlier from Ajax as well in a deal thought to be worth about £35m.
