DG IMAN, AMB OKORO WITHDRAWS FROM ABIA GUBER RACE

The Director General of Importers Association of Nigeria special Taskforce IMAN, Ambassador Chijioke Okoro has withdrawn from the governorship race in Abia State.

Ambassador Okoro was vying for the governorship position on the party platform of All Progressivees Congress APC. His withdrawal from the governorship battle came as the APC is preparing to conduct governorship and presidential primaries. The IMAN DG while thanking his supporters for standing strongly by him urged them to remain calm as he would make his next line of action known to the public soon.

Ambassador Okoro was one of the strong APC governorship aspirants in Abia State with thousands of suppers in and around the state. He had earlier communicated to the officials of the the party on his decision.
