Cab Drivers Pledge Support To PDP in Calabar.

Calabar Taxi drivers have pledged to work tirelessly with the People’s Democratic Party PDP to reclaim Cross River State from the maladministration of the All Progressives Congress(APC).

A chieftain of the group, Eniang Umo stated this during a solidarity visit by the cab drivers to the Campaign Secretariat of Rt Hon Ntufam Eta Mbora, the House of Representatives Member for Calabar Municipality and Odukpani

Umo lamented the harsh business environment in Cross River State, particularly in the Capital City of Calabar which has frustrated and crippled their operations.

He cited bad roads, multiple taxation, overflowing waste bins, physical assaults and constant intimidations of its members by Government Agents as their greatest challenges.

He revealed that drivers are fully prepared to work for the PDP to usher in a purposeful, humane and pragmatic administrator under Sen Sandy Onor.

In their remarks, Ntufam Eta Mbora and Efa Esua, PDP candidates for House of Representatives for Calabar Odukpani Federal Constituency and Calabar State Constituency respectively expressed delight at the visit and promised to work with the drivers to reclaim the state from current mishap
