APC/IGG Professors Urge Tinubu to Consider Tsoken for Key Appointment

The Body of Professors of the All Progressives Congress Initiative for Good Governance (APC/IGG) has appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other senior government officials to consider the organisation’s National President, Ambassador Musa Muhammed Tsoken, for a suitable appointment in the Federal Government.
The appeal was contained in a statement issued in Abuja and signed by the Chairman of the Body of Professors, Prof. Prince Michael Ikupolati.
The professors said Tsoken had demonstrated dedication, sacrifice and commitment to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the development of the country, particularly through his leadership of the APC/IGG.
They described his leadership and efforts toward strengthening the party and promoting good governance as noteworthy, while highlighting what they called his “selflessness, leadership and vision.”
According to the group, Tsoken’s ability to bring individuals and groups together has contributed to promoting unity, cooperation and greater engagement among citizens.
The professors also commended the administrative leadership of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, and his contribution to the administration of President Tinubu.
They said Tsoken’s experience and leadership qualities could be valuable to the administration, particularly in supporting the implementation of government programmes and policies.
The group therefore urged President Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, the SGF and other relevant authorities to consider Tsoken for a “befitting appointment” in recognition of his contributions, loyalty and service to the APC and Nigeria.
The professors further stated that his inclusion in the administration could bring additional perspectives and experience to efforts aimed at advancing the government’s development agenda.
The group appealed to the Presidency and other relevant authorities to give favourable consideration to Ambassador Musa Muhammed Tsoken, PhD, Human Security and Counter-Terrorism (in view), for a suitable appointment.
