2027: Choose Capacity, Results, AA Candidate, Chief Aruoma Tells Ikwuano-Umuahia Constituents

The Action Alliance (AA) candidate for the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election, Rtn. Chief Chidi Nkem-Aruoma, JP, has congratulated the government and people of Abia State on the state’s 35th anniversary, calling for renewed commitment to responsible leadership, innovation and sustainable development.
Aruoma, in an anniversary message, congratulated Abians at home and in the diaspora, describing the milestone as an opportunity to reflect on the state’s journey while renewing collective efforts towards building a more prosperous future.
He said the anniversary should strengthen the values of responsible leadership, unity, enterprise and service to the people, stressing that the development of Abia requires leaders who can translate ideas and opportunities into tangible results.
Speaking specifically on the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, the AA candidate said constituents were increasingly demanding measurable achievements rather than political rhetoric and unfulfilled promises.
“The great and good people of Ikwuano-Umuahia Federal Constituency don’t need more promises and long grammar. They need proof,” he said.
Aruoma urged voters to make competence, vision and demonstrable capacity key considerations as the 2027 general elections approach.
According to him, the constituency requires effective representation capable of bringing innovative ideas to the National Assembly and leveraging legislative opportunities to deliver practical benefits to the people.
“In 2027, let us choose capacity. Let’s choose results,” Aruoma declared, expressing confidence in his candidacy and his commitment to trusted, visionary and innovative leadership.
He wished Abia State continued peace, progress and prosperity, while congratulating Abians on 35 years of statehood.
