2019: Ogun state NYSC coordinator appeals for assistance to ensure safety of corps members

The Ogun State NYSC Coordinator, Mrs J. U. Bakare has appealed for assistance to ensure the safety of Corps members during the 2019 elections.
 Mrs Bakare made this during a courtesy call to the Chairman of  Ado-Odo Ota LGA in Ogun State,  Alhaji Bashiru Adeniji on Thursday January 24.
Receiving the state NYSC  boss, the chairman described her visit as home coming, adding that the NYSC is a unique organisation that brings  graduate youths together for a common purpose of national service.
The Chairman assured her that the council under his leadership is positively disposed to assisting the NYSC Ogun despite the limited resources, and promised to do more in the area of lodges for corps members posted to the area.
In her response, Mrs Bakare thanked the council chairman for all the assistance and appealed to him not to relent.
She also used the occasion to implore employers not to reject Corps members posted to them while she encouraged them to give Corps members serving in their organizations the basic necessities of life.
Other members of the council’s management joined the chairman to receive the state NYSC boss.
