The National Coordinator of the Asiwaju Again Renewed Hope Support Initiative 2027 and National President of the APC Initiative for Good Governance (APC-IGG), Amb. Musa Muhammad Tsoken, has applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for approving an increase in the salaries and welfare package of personnel of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

In a statement signed by Hon. Muhammad Muhammad, Amb. Tsoken described the salary adjustment as a significant step towards enhancing the welfare, morale, and operational efficiency of military personnel serving the nation.

He noted that members of the Armed Forces have continued to make immense sacrifices in defending Nigeria’s territorial integrity and combating security challenges across different parts of the country, stressing that they deserve improved welfare and adequate support.

According to him, the enhanced remuneration will not only boost the morale of officers and men of the Armed Forces but also inspire greater dedication, professionalism, and patriotism in the discharge of their constitutional responsibilities.

Amb. Tsoken further stated that President Tinubu’s decision reflects the administration’s commitment to prioritising the welfare of security personnel as part of the broader Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at strengthening national security and promoting sustainable development.

He called on Nigerians to continue supporting the Armed Forces and the policies of the Tinubu administration, emphasizing that investing in the welfare of military personnel is essential to building a safer, more secure, and prosperous nation.

The APC-IGG leader expressed confidence that the improved welfare package would further motivate the Armed Forces to sustain their efforts in protecting lives, property, and Nigeria’s sovereignty.
