City eke out three points against Palace.
It was a boring game which needed a spark to get the goals coming but it all it required was a foul on Ilkay Gundogan before Erling Haaland scored from the spot kick to give Manchester city a slim win over Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park.

Liverpool lose Vitality against Bournemouth
After coming from handing the biggest Premier League defeat to their perennial rivals, Manchester United at Anfield a week ago, Liverpool travelled to the South Coast to face relegation threatened Bournemouth at the vitality stadium.
The cherries stunned Liverpool with a 1-0 victory scored by Phillip Billing. Mohammed Salah gave his best performance of the season against United but failed to equalize from the spot kick after his freekick went so high you’d think it was a rugby kick.
As for Jurgen Klopp, he left the game wondering if it was the same side that scored 7 the week before.
Chelsea leave Leicester singing the blues
Chelsea gave been going through a very rough patch under Graham Potter after they played 22 games and recording 3 wins in all competitions, but recent results including the champions league victory over in form Borussia Dortmund helped create some positive energy in the club.
They recorded a very good win over The foxes at the King Power stadium when they best Leicester City 1-3 courtesy of goals from Ben Chillwell, an equalizer by Patson Daka, another from Kai Havertz and an icing on the cake by Matteo Kovacic.

Casemiro sees red as United fire blank
Manchester United played out a stalemate against bottom club Southampton FC at Old Trafford in the premier league on Sunday.
The red devils who had returned from Anfield with an unwanted record after shipping in 7 goals were supposed to respond but they ended up playing more than one hour of football with a man down after Casemiro saw red for his tackle on Carlos Alcarazin the 34th minute.
United struggled to get a goal but it was the Saints who came closest after Theo Walcott flunked a chance to score after David de Gea made the stop.
The red card to Casemiro will see him miss four games because it is his second straight red card of the season.
