Nigeria’s Transportation Ministry marks 2024 Customers’ Service Week

The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Transportation in Nigeria, Adeleye Adeoye yesterday, 25th November, 2024 joined the Team Leader B, SERVICOM Office at the Presidency, Ben Onche Olofu, the Directors and Staff of the ministry to put up a brief ceremony to mark the 2024 Customer Service Week.

The theme for the year’s Customers Service Week is “Going Above and Beyond for Customers” to galvanise the management and staff of the Ministry to continue to give great service to the stakeholders of the transportation sector.

After a brief ceremony in his office where the permanent secretary was decorated with the insignia of SERVICOM and presented with posters to be displayed in prominent places in the Ministry to galvanise the staff to give their best in service to the government and people of Nigeria who patronise the Ministry, Adeoye pledged that nothing will stop him and his staff from doing just that.

Adeoye later proceeded to the lobby of the Ministry’s headquarters building to cut the 2024 Customers Service Week cake. He seized the opportunity to reiterate to a larger staff audience that giving the best of their service should come naturally to all staff of the Ministry under his watch.
