The provocations for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), vis-a-vis the pros, advantages, edges against the classical or traditional legal litigations systems are numerous.

The Nigerian Institute of Chatered Arbitrators (NICArb), the apex arbitration body in Nigeria had a 3 day 2023 Annual Arbitration / ADR, on Friday, November 17,  inducted a proficient consultant on corporate leadership, Dr Mike  Arbitration as a member along side 159 as other members, 800 as associates and 4 as mediators.

This qualifies Dr Mike Ihezuo, MCArb, FICRPC, MNIM, MNCS, MCPN, MCICM, OCP, OCA, erudite leaders developer, researcher, consultant, management expert, and an entrepreneurial sage was among those inducted into Full Members, MCArb, to practice Arbitration as a Chartered Arbitrator in Federal Republic of Nigeria and beyond.

The hybrid Conference themed; “Repositioning Arbitration and ADR Practice ln Africa“,  had of national and international gatherings from 15th – 17th November 2023 at Abuja Continental Hotel (former Sheraton Hotel). Maitama, Abuja – the venue that is the first time the conference is being held outside Lagos.

Sixteen corporate organisations sponsored the events as sixteen corporate media partnered with NICArb in making the event, 2023 Annual Arbitration / ADR Conference themed Repositioning Arbitration and ADR Practice ln Africa, and 2023 Investiture of Full Members, Associate Members and Quality Mediators huge success.
