NATIONAL PARK SERVICE BOSS URGES MUSLIMS TO IMBIBE SACRIFICE IN LINE WITH THE LESSONS OF EID-EL-KABIR.

The Conservator General of the National Park Service, Dr Ibrahim Musa Goni has urged Muslim faithful to imbibe perseverance, humility, love and sacrifice in line with the lessons of eid-el-kabir.

Dr Goni who made made the statement yesterday In a message to Muslims on this year’s celebration, cautioned against acts that could jeopardize lives, the environment as well as the country’s natural heritage.

The Conservator General, National Park Service, Dr Ibrahim Musa Goni who had also been working together with environment stakeholders create awareness and green the nation for a healthy environment, urged the citizens to always support government’s effort to improve security and socio-economic development of the nation.

According to him, all stakeholders must deliberately be involved in environmental conservation and restoration, to save our endangered species from going into extinction.

Every Nigerian should take ownership of his environment for the health of the nation and its inhabitants”, he has always stated.
