MANNIR RESIGNS AS AGRIC COMMISIONER

The Katsina state Deputy Governor, QS Mannir Yakubu in compliance with Section 84 (12) of the 2022 electoral act as amended has resigned his appointment as the Commissioner of Agriculture and Natural Resources in the state Mannir yakubu made the declaration on Thursday 14 April 2022 in his preparations to declare for Governorship soon.

This was made available to News Dot Africa by Ibrahim Musa kallah, the Chief Press Secretary to His Excellency Mannir.

The Deputy Governor thanked the almighty Allah almighty Allah and Governor Aminu Masari for given him the opportunity to contribute towards the Restoration of Agriculture in the Masari administration .

Mannir Yakubu expressed his happiness over the repositioning of agricultural sector where farmers experienced turn around in agricultural production that guaranteed food security, and Agro industrial needs of the State and Nigeria at large.

The Deputy Governor is following the due process and due respect of the electoral Act and APC directive.
