INSECURITY: The government should consult with traditional and religious leaders -Prophet Monday Agada.

As the security situation of Nigeria gets worse, the Senior Pastor of Faith Arena, Ushafa, Prophet Monday Agada, has once again lend his voice on the issue.
Prophet Monday Agada who spoke to our reporters shortly after the church service said, “the security situation in Nigeria is terrible.The rich and powerful individuals in the country have knowledge of the insecurity in the country but have decided to keep mum”.

On the possible solution to the insecurity in Nigeria, the prophet elucidated that, “insecurity in Nigeria can can be tackled with the involvement of traditional and religious leaders. Traditional and religious leaders are resident in these communities. The have boundless knowledge about their various communities. With their help, government would be able to get to the root of the insecurity in Nigeria. But unfortunately, government is not ready to consult with them”.

On the northern Nigerian insecurity, the senior pastor stated that, “there are lots of desert areas in the north. There is not development there. They need to be educated. They also need to be told of what they are doing”.

The religious leader concluded that, “the notion that if you kill yourself, there are 7 virgins awaiting you in the world beyond exposes the low level of illiteracy in the north. A jobless man having seven wives with children constitutes nuisance to the society. So they need to be educated”.
