I have a passion to do this job. I have a passion for leadership, I have the passion to gain, I’m the most accessible politician in Cross River politics. On a daily basis I am interacting with Cross Riverians from Bakassi to Obanliku to Yala through text messages which I don’t ignore.
Owan Enoh who said he is the best candidate to take over as Cross River State Governor in 2023 was optimistic sighting his past experiences as a candidate in the 2015 governorship election and as a past serving senator, house of Reps member and the state House of Assembly
”I will provide the kind of transparent and accountable leadership that our people need and require,” he added.

“If you look at my manifesto, there are a lot of initiatives to grown revenue and I can mention, when you start a tech hob it means that youre looking at the present and the future and what can it be. When you grow house hold income deliberately by setting up let’s say different programs like the hospitality programs, to train and to grow and export those that you’ve trained. For too long Cross River is seen as a tourist state, but we are also not deliberately producing the personnel that makes us competitive. So we get into that and begin to explore to take care of the customer need in the hospitality industry, “he stated.
