“I will hand over the C of O of Anambra State, If I Secure the Ticket”- Okonkwo Pledges to APC

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is poised to take over Anambra State, with National Chairman Dr. Abdulahi Umar Ganduje promising to connect the state to the center of Nigeria’s government in November.

Ganduje emphasized the importance of the southeast zone reconnecting with the center, stating that embracing the APC is the easiest way to achieve this. He described the Igbo as the most nationalistic tribe in Nigeria, highlighting the need for them to connect with the center to enjoy the country’s dividends.

Prof. Obiora Okonkwo, a frontline governorship aspirant, pledged to win the state governorship seat for the APC in the November 8 election if given the ticket. Okonkwo vowed to lead the strongest campaign to produce an APC governor, promising to hand over the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) of the Anambra Government House if he secures the ticket.

The APC national chairman commended President Bola Tinubu’s efforts to reform Nigeria, citing improvements in oil production, security, refineries, and the currency. Ganduje assured that the party would capture Anambra State with the cooperation and commitment of its members.
