Grace Ojo: fashion designer, humanitarian, advertiser, enterpreneur

A meeting with Grace Ojo could be fun and heart warming. A versatile lady who has traveled to 29 states in Nigeria and few countries of the world, a humanitarian, a professional   advertiser, a fashion designer and entrepreneur.

In the world of today where thousands of  graduates  come out of school yearly but find it difficult to get a job, so many of them without alternative find themselves doing one thing or the other be it good or bad.

Grace Ibironke Ojo, a political scientist even though that was not her choice of course, is not different from others but has chosen a different part to tread and has carve a niche for herself. She had love for  fashion while in her university and started as an apprentice but today,  GRAZEE STITCHES has come to stay and is known in different part of the country and beyond through which awards has been given to her.  She has also traveled to different countries to learn more in other to enhance and meet up with the trendy fashion invoke in the world.

Grace Ojo has empowered women in different entrepreneurial skills and helped many others in different ways to proffer solutions to their challenges. According to her most part of the revenue generated from Grazee Stiches are used to fund humanitarian projects through her NGO, Face of Hope Foundation.

Grazee Stitches is used to fund those women in other for them to acquire skills in doing different things that would be of help to them and take care of their immediate needs.

Ojo has passion for children, women and the aged. Right from her growing up she has always loved children and would never want to see any suffer or cry. Schooling in North where those things  are common, has  helped her to set up the Face of Hope Foundation which help take care of the helpless children to put a smile on their face.

Passion to become a journalist while growing up  even though she  found herself in political science but she did not give up on  her first love which is journalism. After her university she got employed in Leadership  Newspapers where she grew to as Senior Advertising Manager and later had her own media company, Gramatino Nig Limited.

Ms Grace  Ojo has won several awards among which are Nigeria Good will Ambassador, Fashion Designer of the year 2015 and  west African Distinguished Achievers  award.

“Amongst all these what has kept me going is the goal I have set for myself which has helped me to reach the point I am now and is still  pushing me to the end”  Grace said.

To the youths, she advised, “do not  be in a hurry nor weary but follow your dreams gradually and you will get there at the end”.
