END HUNGER PROTEST: Tuggar separates fact from fiction

The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, OON, gathered esteemed members of the diplomatic corps to address the pressing issues facing Nigeria.
