CBN Governor Emefiele To Unfold New Road Map For CBN, Economy

The governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, will on Monday June 24, 2019 unveil his agenda for the next five years.This is in keeping with his promise earlier this month to unfold a new road map for the CBN and the economy,

Director, Corporate Communication CBN, Mr Isaac Okoroafor who gave this hint on Saturday during an interactive session with labour leaders in Lagos said the governor will reveal new strategies to further deepen his people focused policies.

Emefiele had earlier promised to strengthen efforts to stir up growth and job creation in critical sectors of the economy in order to protect it from shocks from the global market.
