AYADECARE Programme Receives License- A Huge Plus… Says Stakeholders

The pioneering Home Health Programme known as AyadeCare, which was established by the visionary governor of Cross River State, Sen. (Prof.) Ben Ayade, has received its license from the regulatory body, the Ministry of Health.

AyadeCare, designed to provide all category of persons unimpeded access to qualitative healthcare and original drugs in accordance with best international standard, the programme is a highly innovative type in the whole of Africa.

While in the advance countries of the West, Home Health care programme has been in practice since from the 60’s, where professional medical personnel move to the home of their clients to offer standard medical services under the supportive health care system. It has taken nearly 60 decades for the medical innovation to find its way to Nigeria and Africa through the visionary leadership of Sen (Prof.) Ben Ayade, Governor of Cross River State.

Recently, the AyadeCare (Home Health) programme carried out a two-day free medical outreach in Calabar Municipality as part of Governor Ayade’s “Thank you” visit to the people for keeping hope with him and for voting him for a second term in this year’s governorship elections which, Ayade had a landslide victory across the state.

During the 2-Day free medical outreach programme, thousands of Cross Riverians and other Nigerians were attended to and received medical attention from health professionals in all types of chronic diseases, including operation and treatment of eye and eye related issues and proper carrying out of dental examinations by professional Dentists, among others.

The granting of license to AyadeCare programme, indeed marks a revolutionary leap on the way and manner government pays attention to all classes of citizens when it comes to providing quality medical care to the people.
