Apostolic Round Table Leader Responds to Postponement of Nigeria National Halal Economy Strategy Launch

The Convener of the Apostolic Round Table, Citizen Bolaji O. Akinyemi, has issued a statement in response to the postponement of the Nigeria National Halal Economy Strategy launch. He acknowledges the interventions of His Lordship, Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah, and His Excellency, the Vice President, Alhaji Kashim Shettima, GCON, in calming tensions and promoting mutual understanding.
Akinyemi encourages deeper consultation with relevant faith and civic communities to ensure shared understanding and collective ownership of the concept.
He reaffirms the commitment to national unity, mutual respect, and balanced policy, emphasizing that prosperity should be advanced for all Nigerians without ethnic or religious prejudice.
