The Governor of Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has described the ongoing screening process within the All Progressives Congress as seamless, smooth, and highly organised, saying it reflects the party’s strong internal structure and commitment to unity.

Speaking after participating in the process, Governor Mbah said the exercise demonstrated the APC’s capacity for effective party administration and coordination.
“The process was seamless and smooth. It shows how structured and well-organised our party is,” he said.
According to him, party members and aspirants remain committed to promoting the achievements and vision of the party and the government across the country.

“What we pledged during the screening process is to uphold the values of our party and ensure that we take the message of what this party and this government are doing to Nigerians across all the nooks and crannies of the country,” he stated.

The governor further noted that the process underscored the APC’s organisational strength, describing the party as a model for political organisation on the African continent.
“It underscores how structured the APC is, and perhaps this is a party defining the model of party organisation on the continent. We hope that others will borrow a leaf from what we are doing,” he added.

On the possibility of consensus arrangements in Enugu State, Mbah stressed the importance of unity among party stakeholders, saying leaders in the state have continued to operate in harmony.
“In Enugu, we have always done things as brothers. We understand the value and significance of unity, and that is what we will continue to uphold,” he said.
