PUBLIC NOTICE: CAC Announces Weekend Portal Shutdown for Maintenance

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a temporary shutdown of its online portal to carry out scheduled maintenance aimed at improving service delivery.
In a public notice issued on CAC’s social media handle X, dated Friday, April 17, 2026, the Commission informed customers that the portal will be unavailable from 12:00 midnight on April 17 until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026.
According to the CAC, the maintenance exercise is part of ongoing efforts to enhance system performance and provide users with a more efficient and reliable experience. During the downtime, customers may experience difficulty accessing services on the platform.
The Commission expressed regret over any inconvenience the temporary disruption may cause and appealed for patience and understanding from users.
Customers are advised to plan their transactions ahead of the maintenance window or wait until services are fully restored on Monday morning.
