Abuja, Nigeria – January 17, 2025 – In a heartwarming display of gratitude and respect, a former aide who is now a notable investor in the Nigerian Agricultural Sector, paid a New Year courtesy visit to Senator John Owan Enoh, the Honorable Minister of State for Industry. The visit was made alongside the CEO of EASTSIDE VENTURES GROUP at Senator Enoh’s Abuja office.
The former aide, who worked as Senator Enoh’s Adviser on New Media for four years at the National Assembly Abuja, expressed deep appreciation for the opportunities provided by the Senator. Twelve years ago, Senator Enoh gave the aide the chance to develop their talent, which has since led to a successful career.
Senator John Owan Enoh, known for his commitment to empowering young people, has a track record of investing in talent and creative ability. During the aide’s tenure, they organized the annual “CENTRAL YOUTHS MEET SENATOR JOHN OWAN Enoh” event, which trained over 1,000 youths from the Senator’s constituency in ICT and tech skills. The Senator empowered these youths with laptops, and many have since secured jobs in the UK, USA, and Fortune 500 companies.
Senator Enoh’s dedication to youth development has earned him recognition, including being voted Senator of the Year 2016 in Cross River State. His commitment to nurturing young talent has left a lasting impact on the lives of many, including his former aide.
