RTEAN introduces BCAN, to curb criminal activities among Bus transport operators

The Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria has introduced an affiliate body, Bus Conductors Association of Nigeria.
The new body according to RTEAN will handle all affairs as it relate to Bus conductors across the country.
The Secretary General of RTEAN, Comrade Yusuf Adeniyi who introduced the National Chairman of BCAN, Comrade Prince Israel Ade Adeshola to the house said all the necessary modalities for their operations will be put in place in due course.
He enjoined all state chairmen to put in motion the necessary modalities for their smooth operation.
The Executive National President of RTEAN, Comrade Osakpamwan Eriyo ruled that, Comrade Prince Adeshola should come to the National Secretariat of RTEAN in Abuja on the 19th of February, 2019 for official letter of introduction to the appropriate quarters.
In appreciation, Comrade Prince Israel Ade Adeshola thanked the President and the NEC members for the opportunity to add value to the Association and promised not to derail in carrying out their tasks.
He said a lot of innovations that will be introduce, will help to curb a lot of criminal activities in the operation of bus transport services.
BCAN is expected to regulate the conduct of conductors across the country.
