UNICROSS promotes, inducts several to Professors, Associate to Professors

The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has promoted 11 scholars to the rank of professors and 16 to the rank of associate professors.
Prof. Augustine Angba, Vice Chancellor of UNICROSS made the announcement of the promotions on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the ongoing 108th Regular Meeting of the University’s Senate.
While speaking on the promotion, he commended them for working hard to get to the position they are now, tasking them not to relent as new responsibilities come with its own challenges.
The newly minted professors are, Prof. O. O. Kuye, Prof. T. O. Ojikpong Prof. I. George, Prof. C. I. Inah, Prof. F. U. Udey and Prof. S. M Okey. Others are Prof. G. Afebende, Prof. S. Ewah, Prof. E. Ndifon, Prof. J. U. Agba and Arc. (Prof.) A. Obia.
Those promoted to Associate to Professors are, Dr H. A. Ibekwe, Dr I. B. Okey, Dr O. A. Agba, Dr N. Ettah, Dr E. Ogban, Dr H. E. Etta, Dr L. E. Etim, Dr F. Akubuenyi and Dr S. Adah. Others are Dr N. Nkomo, Engr. Dr R. Antigha, Dr E. Eloma, Dr H. Ojating, Dr S. Ushie, Dr A. Adebisi and Dr P. A. Neji.
