UI VC receives Deputy Commandant of the National Defence Academy for review of studies.

The Vice-Chancellor, University of Ibadan (UI), Prof Kayode Adebowale, FAS, mni, has received the Deputy Commandant/Director of Studies of the National Defence Academy on a courtesy visit to his office.

The Deputy Commandant/Director of Studies, National Defense Academy, Major General Emeka Victor Onumajuru, said the visit was necessitated by the need to review the existing Memorandum of Understanding between the NDA and the University of Ibadan in order to facilitate the completion of the Masters degree programme of the Academy within a specified period of twelve months in line with global best practices.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kayode Adebowale assured his visitor of necessary support in achieving the proposed review. He promised to consider the details of the proposed review and forward it to the appropriate unit.
In company of the Deputy Commandant was Commodore Aniefiok Cletus, Director of Academic Research and Analytical Support, National Defence Academy while the Vice-Chancellor was supported by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic, Prof Aderonke Baiyeroju; Deputy Vice-Chancellor RISP, Prof Oluyemisi Bamgbose, SAN; Registrar, Mrs Olubunmi Faluyi; Bursar, Mr A. Popoola; University Librarian, Dr Helen Komolafe -Opadeji; Provost of the Post Graduate College, Prof J.O. Babalola; Dean of the Faculty of Multidisciplinary Studies, Prof I. O. Albert; Dr Danjibo of the Faculty of Multidisciplinary Studies; Dean of Students, Prof I. A. Abiona and other functionaries of the University of Ibadan.
