TCN Pledges Support for Staff Welfare, Service Delivery… Reaffirms continued collaboration with SSAEAC

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN),p has reaffirmed its commitment to collaborating with the Senior Staff Association of Electricity and Allied Companies (SSAEAC) to improve staff welfare and service delivery.
Speaking at the National Joint Advisory Committee Meeting in Abuja, TCN’s Managing Director, Engr. (Dr.) Sule Ahmed Abdulaziz, emphasized the importance of prioritizing staff welfare to enhance performance and service delivery.
“We are committed to working with SSAEAC to address staff concerns and create a conducive work environment,” Abdulaziz said, acknowledging that much work remains to be done.
Abdulaziz highlighted the company’s efforts to improve infrastructure, enhance technical capacity, and optimize operational efficiency, but stressed that more needs to be done to achieve the desired results.
SSAEAC President, Comrade Chika Benedict, commended TCN Management for their efforts and encouraged them to do more, citing the need for improved staff welfare packages, training, and career development opportunities.
The meeting discussed key staff welfare issues, including staff promotions, training, and health and safety protocols, as well as operational activities aimed at improving TCN’s service delivery.
TCN and SSAEAC agreed to work together to address the challenges facing the company and ensure the successful implementation of its strategic plans.
