S4COM-GG Throws Weight Behind Senator Akume Amid Vote of Confidence by APC- IGG

In a show of solidarity, the SOLIDARITY 4 CONTINUES MOVEMENT in GOOD GOVERNMENT (S4COM-GG), has thrown its weight behind the All Progressives Congress (APC) Interim Governance Group’s (IGG) vote of confidence in Senator George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).

According to Hon. Babayanbiu Emmanuel ENNA, General Coordinator of S4COM-GG, the vote of confidence is a welcome development for the North Central Geo-Political Zone. The group believes that Senator Akume is doing an excellent job representing the zone, and they applaud the APC-IGG for recognizing his efforts.

S4COM-GG also took the opportunity to address critics of Senator Akume, urging them to stop spreading hate and calumny against him. The group emphasized that the North Central Zone will not be undermined by “elements of retrogression” and that Senator Akume has the full support of the people.

In a statement, Hon. ENNA said, “We advice those enemy of the region to desist from all this campaign of calumny and hatred on the person of George Akume because it will not take them anywhere.” He concluded by saying, “The general public should consider this write up as our official position concerning this issue. For worn is for arm.”
