President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Dunoma Ahmed As New Permanent Secretary For Foreign Affairs Ministry.
Born on 15th October, 1968 in Maiduguri, Bornu State, Dr. DUNOMA Umar Ahmed, PhD., who has an impeccable education and meritorious career has served in various capacities in Public Organizations and the Federal Civil Service, most recently as the immediate past Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Youth Development.
Dr. Ahmed assumed duty as Permanent Secretary on Tuesday 23rd July, 2024. He is married with children.
