President Buhari Commision’s CBN, Lafia Branch ……. We will ensure Financial Inclusion- Emifiele

President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB), of NIgeria, during a state visit to Nasarawa state on Thursday, February 24, 2022 commissioned the newly completed branch of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in Lafia.

PMB commended the CBN Governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele and Management for their contribution to the development of the economy.

In his remarks Emefiele said the new Lafia branch is in line with the apex bank’s desire to bring financial services closer to the grassroots. and to deliver on this administration’s vision of transformational economy.

He also said that the Lafia office will work on delivering the dividends of the Anchor Borrowers Programme and other initiatives of the CBN to the people of Nasarawa State.
