NSC Kick Off Exciting Walking  and Jogging Sessions for Holistic Health

The National Sports Commission (NSC) is pleased to announce the launch of its weekly walking and jogging sessions, designed to promote the importance of physical activity for a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The inaugural event kicks off today at the iconic Moshood Abiola National Stadium, setting the stage for a rejuvenating journey towards wellness.

Under the enthusiastic guidance of the Director General, Honourable Bukola Olopade, the Leadership is encouraging all staff to participate in this new fitness initiative every Thursday. “This is more than just a routine; it’s a commitment to enhance our well-being-mind, body, and soul,” Olopade stated. “Regular exercise can foster a sense of community while improving mental clarity and physical health, and we invite everyone to join us on this exciting venture “.
