Nigerian Youths Shine at National Youth Games in Asaba

Asaba, Delta State – The National Youth Games have reached new heights, showcasing the exceptional talents of Nigerian youths in various sports. The events have witnessed remarkable performances in Karate, Judo, Wrestling, and Weightlifting, with Shooting Sports and Swimming competitions highly anticipated.

Building on last year’s success, this year’s edition has expanded its offerings, introducing new sports to the lineup. This development underscores the commitment to enhancing the sporting experience and opportunities for young athletes.

Senator John Owan Enoh, in his opening ceremony address, emphasized the need for collective effort to fulfill the Ministry’s vision. The focus remains on unearthing and nurturing talents to propel Nigeria’s youth onto the international stage.
