National Sports Federation Elections: Electoral Committee Releases Approved Nomination Form and Timelines

The Electoral Committee of the National Sports Federation has announced the approved nomination form and election timelines for the forthcoming National Sports Federation Elections. The nomination form will be available for collection and submission at the Secretariat of each Federation from September 6th to September 11th, 2025.

REVISED TIMELINES FOR THE NATIONAL SPORTS FEDERATIONS 2025 ELECTIONS

1. Release of Nomination of Forms: 6th September, 2025
2. Deadline for the submission of Nomination Forms: 11th September, 2025
3. Submission of Names of Representatives of all Constituencies, except Zonal Representatives: 11th September, 2025
4. Screening of the Names of Representatives of all Constituencies except Zonal Representatives: 12th and 13th September, 2025
5. Zonal Representative Elections at the Zonal HQRTS: 20th September, 2025
6. Hearing of Petitions and Appeal arising from Zonal Elections: 24th September, 2025
7. Bye-Elections arising from Petitions of the Zonal Elections: 27th September, 2025
8. National Elections at MKO National Stadium: 4th October, 2025
9. Inauguration of National Sports Federation Board: 4th October, 2025
10. Hearing of Petitions and appeal arising from National Elections: 8th October, 2025
11. Bye- Elections arising from Petitions on National Elections (If any) 15th October, 2025.
