“The National Senior Citizens Centre also conveys the same appreciation for the historic presidential policy directive for the progressive registration and identity card issuance for senior citizens to enable dignified access to considerable age friendly services and discounts, and courtesies in public and private places and spaces.
“These executive directives which have immense positive implications, reflect on Nigeria as a country that now recognizes the immense life-time contributions of Senior citizens, deserving of reciprocity in respect and dignified treatment.
“NSCC recognizes and appreciates the relentless efforts of the Hon. Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, in facilitating these positive outcomes for senior citizens and is committed to working with the Hon.
