KIDNAPPING: Killers of Daniel Umoru nabbed in Nasarawa

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nasarawa State Command has successfully apprehended a group of kidnappers responsible for the abduction and murder of Daniel Umoru Lagi in Wamba Local Government Area and other victims.
The suspects, who were arrested in a sting operation, solely involving Operation Whirl Stroke Nigerian Army, Lafia Nasarawa State, the suspect have confessed to the crime and is currently being interrogated to gather more information.
The Commandant, Ismaila Abdullahi, condemned the heinous act and reiterated the Corps’ commitment to tackling kidnapping and other criminal activities in the state. He praised the Operation Whirl Stroke and his team for their bravery and swift action in apprehending the suspects.
The NSCDC is working closely with other security agencies especially the Sect 2 Headquarters of the Operation Whirl Stroke Lafia, for their collaboration in this regards, to ensure the perpetrators face justice.
The Commandant urged residents to continue providing valuable information to aid the Corps’ efforts in maintaining law and order.
The NSCDC Nasarawa State Command remains resolute in its mission to protect lives and property, and will not tolerate any form of criminality in the state.
